Hilliard Heritage MS seeking head/assistant boys' lacrosse coaches for its middle school program. These are coaching-only positions. Candidates with experience playing at any level will be given priority.

Candidates MUST:

• Develop lacrosse players and teams to their up most ability.

• Plan and oversee assigned team practices and games. This includes game and practice planning

• Serve as a positive role model while effectively motivating and developing middle school players on and off the field.

• Work with varsity coach on coaching strategies for program.

• Participate and offer assistance with HS/MS/Youth teams (special coaching sessions, etc.).

• Build and grow a competitive team.

• Communication with team parents as appropriate.

• Represent Hilliard Heritage Lacrosse in a positive manner on and off the field adhering to a coaches code of conduct.
